New PC suggestion

I am willing to take a new assembled computer within a price range of
Rs 32K-35K.
This is what i got from the local dealer.

AMD Phenom II X4 965 + ASUS M4A 88TD EVO USB3 --->16990

RAM (4GB DDR3)--->4050

HDD (WD 500GB)---> 1950

DVD writer (LG)--->900

ATI HD 5670---> 7150

VIP Cabinet with 600W power supply --->3795

I just required the above components in my price range.
Is the configuration good enough.
