Should I change anything? I will be OC'ing a little, of course. I bet I can get 3.3ghz?
Good RAM? Good choice on CPU? Good OC board? Know a faster HDD @ 7200? Good PSU??It's single-rail 12v, and I won't be using SLi or CF.

New PC
The black caviar will be in RAID 0

why getting a dvd rom??get a DVD Writer and choose it SATA , its only 3 or 4 more $ .

Yes Blain, I changed my mind on AMD, for a few reasons

I'll find new RAM.
It'll be used as gaming, photo editing, general usage.

I'd be interested in knowing what those reasons might be because you are pretty much backing up ...

Booboo,

Only ONE board which uses DDR2, supports Phenom 2 without a BIOS update (costs more to get a temp. CPU to update)
Phenom 920 (deneb) about 5% slower clock for clock as I understand.
Not familiar with OC'ing an AMD
