new pc help part 2

well i figured i could fork over a bit more $$ for the new system and took some advice and found a better pc dealer in my area.
ill be picking up the dvd burner later on and i already have an audiocard.
heres the specs:

im wondering if the ram would be best bang for buck on this system same with the vid card.

Everything looks nice but you really don't need that good a CPU...you could get a 3.0 or a 2.8 and OC it to the speed you want and instead use the money on a 6800 Ultra.

3ghz is about 40$ less than that cpu and the ultra is about 800$+ >< a bit much for a vid card
