New PC for friend...

Alright, I've got a friend who just spend way too much money on a PC from Best Buy. Where is a good place to get a Gaming rig with a good 3 yr warrenty? Is there anywhere else than dell to get a good price with warrenty? The Price Range is 2600 after rebates. But that must include a 21" LCD (I'm thinking that should be gotten from Dell anywho, and they don't have to be in the same deal... just both have to be covered.) I was looking at the Dell XPS... the build was about $3200, which I could probally cut down a bit with rebates and a millitary discount. He would probally go for that, but are there any alternitives? Sorry for the rambeling... and bad spelling. It's been a long day... Oh, and it has to be Windows Media Edition (don't ask me why). I hold prefrence with AMD 64 and NVidia GF6800 GT but I'm open to suggestions seeing how it's not my system (I build, warrentys be damned).

well best bought for vendor built proubly will be dell and should be able to get a decent system with a 2001 LCD for around the target price. but I just hate watching people buy store bought gaming rigs thier so overpriced, unless thier is some deal going on.
