New Pc build won't power on?

I have looked at the checklist on this site first but nothing has worked.

I just built my PC and will not turn on at all, no beep nothing. There Green LED light on the motherboard is on tho as is the video card light. Once when I tried to turn it on the fan moved for about 1 second then died again. Im pretty sure all the cables are right.

Im hoping nothing is broken and i just used a wrong cable somewhere?

I made a quick video just showing the cables.

As far as I can tell from your video all the power connectors look correct. The most common cause for your dilemma is system panel connectors improperly installed. The connectors must be installed with +/- correctly oriented or the PC won't start. Check all your system panel connectors again:

This is my third build, so i kinda know what im doing I have doubled checked the cons and the stand offs. Is the only possibility now that the PSU is faulty?

There've been a lot of iterations of "SilverStone Gold 850" PSUs. Which model do you have and when/where did you buy it? Silverstone's are well rated but anything's possible, even with brand new hardware.

Have you tried powering up outside of the case? Try connecting everything together outside of the case, with the mobo on a nonconductive surface.

Sounds like you might have bad switch on the case.. Also looks like your using System panel block that comes Asus Mb's. Don't use the block plug directly into MB with case wires.
