New PC Build: No display Solved!

I just put together a new PC. I am getting no display.

I have tried swapping a known-good HDMI cable/monitor with a Displayport connection to the same monitor.

Any suggestions on things to try before I go buy a cheap graphics card to swap that out?

CPU: Ryzen 2700 with stock cooler
Motherboard: Gigabyte AB350N Gaming WiFi (mini ITX)
GPU: Evga 1060 single-fan
RAM: Crucial 2666 w/ unbuffered ECC
Power Supply: Silverstone 450W SFX

With a power meter, I'm seeing less than 30W from the wall. I am guessing that is way too low.
The CPU fan is on. The GPU fan twitches a bit, but the Nvidia part is supposed to stop the fan under low load, so I am not sure if this means anything.

Is your motherboard BIOS up-to-date, to be able to utilize the Ryzen 2700? You might need to update it, using a first-gen Ryzen CPU.

That's the same sort of lack-of-boot that I was getting with a Gigabyte Gaming 3 mATX board, and a Ryzen 2400G APU, that originally shipped with F6 BIOS, and needed F21 flashed to get working. Thankfully, I had a 1600 lying around to use to flash with.

Once flashed, it worked perfectly.

Ahhh...after triple checking the cables, the 12V ATX connector from the power supply was not fully seated. One of the downfalls of mini-itx, sometimes just checking if cables are connected is more difficult than usual. Problem solved, though!
