New PC build - need graphics...

Well, I decided to build a new PC, since so many new games are coming out in the next 6 months or so. It's the first time I've bought hardware in a number of years, so I was looking for some advice if anyone is willing.

The hardware I ordered is as follows:

ASUS P8Z68-V PRO LGA 1155 Intel Motherboard
Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz (3.7GHz Turbo Boost) Processor
CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
CORSAIR HX650 Modular PSU
COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus
CORSAIR Special Edition White Graphite Series 600T Steel / ATX Case

I held off on a graphics card, because I couldn't decide if I wanted a 560ti, or if I wanted to spend the money on a 580.

Any comments on the current hardware I have ordered or any advice on what graphics card would suit me best?

The games I plan on playing are TOR Online, D3, BF3, Skyrim, etc...

Can you wait until AMD 7xxx series are released? They will be out within the year. Otherwise, I'd go with GTX570 or HD6950 2gb you game at 1080p. 6950 2GB will be better bang for buck, but probably less optimized for BF3.
