Question New PC and cloning

About to build a new PC with an NVME drive. I want to clone my old PC's sata SDD to the new NVME. My plan is to boot up from a USB drive with both drives connected to the new PC and do the clone. I have used Clonezilla in the past, but I just ran across Rescuezilla which is just a frontend for it. Is Rescuezilla / Clonezilla still one of the better ways to clone a drive while booting up from a USB drive? If my current computer could use an NVME drive I would just stick it in there and clone it with Macrium Reflect.
