. . but it may be lifted after the Saints game.

Due to low water pressue that occured late Friday Night, City Officials have ordered residents to
'Boil their water' before drinking it. The 'Party Mentality' of the town views this as a sufficient
reason to use this as another excuse to throw a party, and turn it into a Crawfish Boil, that can
be held concurrently with the weekend leading into the Saints home game, and so they prefer to add
crawfish and/or crabs to the boiling water before they use it for drinking.

A few Beers, Hurricanes, Margaritas, and other mixed drinks can help inhibit the taste of the boiled water

After the conclusion of the Saints game, City Officials are waiting for employees to sober up enough
to take samples and verify if the water is indeed safe to drink, or do they need to party all night long.

Crawfish aren't in season right now but a buddy of mine was boiling crabs today.

Of course we live in JP and not Orleans Parish because we have a choice so we don't have any water issues.

B+ for the post though.

I don't think I'll trust any seafood near the NOLA area for a long time, to be honest. During Katrina you had a bunch of sewage dumped into the 'fresh'water areas, and with the BP oil spill you have a bunch of petroleum sitting in the bottom of the Gulf where the bottom feeders are.

There are more 'Bottom Feeders' in Washington DC than there are in the Gulf.
