actually the guy who got beaten has said he doesn't feel this was a racial issue.

in his defense from that tape it DOES NOT look like he deserved what he got.

I tip my hat to that old man. The reason I do is he is not using the race card. He has stated that the other cops in NO were fine its just that those three animals were bad and need to be delt with. I just hope that other police departments thru the USA look at this and try to stop some other ticking time bomb from killing someone.

Everybody there is feeling stressed, I'm sure. I'm sure the guy they left bloodied (like, really, backyard wrestling, bloody), laying on the sidewalk was feeling a lot of stress from the situation. Battery doesn't appear to fill out the event.
 
What is it with cops thinking they can do watever they want. I mean
it looked to me that the guy was doing nothing wrong, but because
he was black the cops had a reason to beat em almost to death.
 
bah all i get is diffrent shades of green and blue etc. i have downloaded all new drivers (i thought anyway)
 
I'm sure the cops will get nailed for this, as they deserve to. Hell, the cops in Rodney King got nailed and that bastard *deserved* to have the piss beaten out of him 🙂

I did not see the ending when I commented it yesterday. They should go to prison. No where on that tape did that guy resist. As a matter of fact he looked very cooperative and then the lowlife started punching him the back of the head. Damn shame they can't fight unless they gang up on someone. They should be locked up with some seriously pissed off brothers who are doing life. Wonder how tough they would be then.

Wasn't too long ago, the British police was chasing someone "suspicious" and then when he was on the ground, shot him several times, killing him.

While this is the smart thing to do, I still have grief over the fact that they can do anything they want to someone.
