I doubt if it will have many, if any, spare cpu cycles.

But like others, I'm glad to see AMD get the business. We need the competition between Intel and AMD. While I haven't any experience with the very latest P4's, I think my lone AMD Tbred -- an overclocked 2100+ -- is going to beat the socks off the stock P4 2.6 Ghz's at school as a seti cruncher. I'll know later today when I get in to school and see how they performed over the weekend.
