New Opteron 165 retail package

A couple of years back I purchased an Opteron 165 to upgrade an A64 3200+ single core processor in one of my old machines, but I have yet to install it and now use that computer only for poker and really do not need the dual core processor for pokerstars. I still have the Opty new in the box and was wondering if it is worth the trouble of selling it or if I should just go ahead and install it like I had originally planned. I remember being excited at the time I purchased it because the stepping was supposed to be a "good over-clocker", but I have no clue what it will do since I have yet to remove it from the packaging and honestly do not have a mobo to really try to juice it with.

The chip itself says "AMD Opteron", "OSA165DAA6CD", "LCBQE 0711SPAW", Y977474C70038". It is a full retail package with heatsink included.

Any idea on a value for this thing if I try to sell it or should I just go ahead and install it like I had planned 2 years ago?
