NEW operating system!!! Smaller than anything else!

There are at least 3 OS's out there that fit on a floppy: DOS (at least to boot and do basic functions), a linux distro, and one other whose name escapes me at the moment. All have extremely limited functionality...dunno how great it is to have an OS on half a floppy if all you can do is BOOT with it...

QNC is a name that rings a bell, was/is an OS that fits on a floppy with a GUI interface, web browser, modem dialer, etc.
