So far:

Pros:
Gained 400 points in 3dMark 2001 SE
Multimedia Programs like DVD playing and VIVO dont crash anymore

Cons:
A strange blatent artifacting has appeared in 3dmark that bugs me, none of my direct3d games have been affected by this so far (still need to test more) UPDATE! - Directx 7 and 8 games are unaffected by this, it seems to only be happening in 3dmark.
UPDATE!, Windows media player 7 crashes quite frequently on me now :disgust:

Edit: For those who are blind, these drivers are for :D WINDOWS XP AND WINDOWS 2000 ONLY!! :D

What about for those of us with the Radeon 7500 64MB DDR Mobility. Its in a Dell Inspiron 8100, but Dell hasn't released any new drivers for a while.

Usually the driver wont install if it detects a video card that it wasnt made for, so you can experiment and see if it installs or not

A few random thoughts...
Latest beta driver version: 6.13.10.6025, released Jan 31, 2002
Latest official driver version: 6.13.10.6015, released Feb 14, 2002

So are they counting down, or are the older beta drivers actually a newer build than the newer official drivers?

You said you gained 400 points, yada yada, what driver version were you using before?

Every time I try and update my radeon drivers my computer dies. After it posts it will get past the loading winxp screen but then go blank, I belive it may still be loading. It looks like once it loads my driver for xp it kills the display. Any Idea on how to slove this problem?

Hmm, doesn't seem to recognize my 32MB DDR LE. For some reason it wanted to mess with my TV Wonder VE's WDM drivers
