I had no meetings today. None. Great! I was planning on knocking out a Sharepoint 2010 install and configuration at one of our hosting facilities. But oh no, we couldn't have that, could we? They didn't give me SQL sysadmin access so now I have to wait for that request to wind through their multiple layers of bureaucracy.

And then to top it all off, I find out that one of the big pains in my ass expects me to do a ton of work on a system for them that I was initially led to believe they'd handle. Yay! So you're probably thinking -- well, he has no meetings today and plan A fell through, so knock that out! I would, but they are out of the office and have the spreadsheets I need. GRRRRR.
