I was never really an Asus fan to be honest; I thought they were overpriced and I thought Abit had better features. Around 2003 or 2004, Abit started tanking and I went with MSI for my Athlon 64 box. It was honestly a really good board and I still have that system, but when I went to Core 2, I liked the Rampage Formula the best and it has been an awesome board. My other Core 2 boxes and my Athlon II box uses Gigabyte boards and I LOVE those so I am probably going to go with Gigabyte with my next system.
