I assume it is because they didn't like the cropped JPEG. Unfortunately, the original is gone to the seven month prior shipping.

I believe the TF2 Soldier's Reserve Shooter needs to be upgraded. It gives a 15% faster weapon switch time, which is basically unnoticeable, and I'm not sure if it's for all switches or just to the RS. I can't be sure, of course, because it's such a tiny change you can't tell. It also provides mini-crits (not even full crits) on airborne targets only for the first three seconds after a switch. For that, you go from 6 shots to 3 shots.

The idea is that you use your rockets, hit the target's feet, propel them into the air, switch to the RS, and shoot them, thereby saving your rocket ammunition, having an easier shot, et cetera.

Problem is... you very rarely knock anyone into the air high enough to switch to RS and shoot them before they land again.

For the half ammunition size, and the extremely limited and weak ability, it should have maybe a 40% faster switch. That would make it much more worthwhile.

That being said... I use the RS right now, because it does have a shade faster switch, it seems to shoot a narrower spread, and the sound is pretty awesome.

But when a sound is a cause for keeping a weapon, well, the thing needs some help.

My highest preference would be a 40% faster switch. I would also be happy with four rounds instead of three, or mini-crits on airbornes at any time, or mini-crits for the first three seconds on anything (that might be a bit OP though).

The only good news with airborne... jumping counts. Falling counts. Other people using explosives counts. If their feet are not on the ground, it's a mini-crit.

Mantreads are terrible. Reduces the knockback from enemy shots by 75% (which isn't always a good thing), and triples the damage if you fall on someone's head.

In what, four years with this game, I can count on both hands the number of times I've landed on someone's head, and it's never been from a substantial height. As for the knockback, well, I like the knockback, I use it to escape, I'm not an offensive player.

The bigger problem... Mantreads are good for offensive jumpers. Offensive jumpers need Gunboats to reduce their damage taken. These weapons occupy the same slot. That slot is also the same one used by Buff Banner, Battalion's Backup, Concheror... and more importantly, the Shotgun and the Reserve Shooter.

Airborne Armaments should also have something if you complete the full set. Probably something to reduce rocket jumping damage, maybe not to the extent of Gunboats.

Five rocket launchers, only four are relevant to combat.

Rocket Launcher: Four rockets, normal speed, no ability.
Direct Hit: Four rockets, +80% speed, +25% damage, -70% blast radius, mini-crit explosive launched airbornes.
Black Box: Three rockets, +15 HP on damage dealt.
Liberty Launcher: Three rockets, +40% speed.

The Black Box is a monster, even with the reduced ammunition. I, as a frequent Soldier, would like to see it upgraded, but understand it absolutely does not need to be upgraded.

The DH is spectacular. Too fast for most Pyros to block or anyone to dodge, slight bump in damage for contact (it is great for killing battlement SG's), the radius sucks though, and fancy that - the airborne ability is continual, if tightly restricted.

Regular rocket launcher has merit if you have fairly continuous access to healing, and want damage splash.

Liberty Launcher has speed, lowered ammunition... but I think it needs an upgrade also. Going to four rockets obviously doesn't work, because then it has no trade-off at all. With only three rockets, I wish the projectile speed were a little higher, but even that doesn't seem to fit.

Obviously, my ideal would be a Black Box with that +40% speed. At that point, I could never complain about three rockets, it would be such an amazing weapon.

I've seen a good use of the LL, by a Soldier much better than me. I can't do it, I'm not that aggressive, don't have the reflexes for it, rarely find an enemy to invade like that, and you can't heal yourself.

LOLOLOL.

As of yesterday, you could custom make MLB jerseys with the name "Chapter" and the number "11" on Dodgers stuff.

BAHAHAHAHAH.

MLB killed it. Which is silly, because it was making money.

I have one of the three Demoman items; the trio of them look like they're going to a staggeringly overpowered melee class.

No doubt about it.

In short, you get explosive resistance, fire resistance, instant charge recovery, no distance minimum on charge, ability to turn the charge, and any ammunition picked up becomes health.

Uhhhh.... this is gonna get nerfed. Absolutely has to get nerfed, so I probably won't even get the gear before it gets nerfed hard. Harder than most of ATOT would do J.Alba.

New idea for a photoshoot:

Black Light:
HOT! Girl on girl :) us 2 on our knees, kind of in a puddle of paint, with streaks, drips and hand prints on us, haha and us with our hands on each other’s arms or something with “you just walked in on us” looks. Black light, blueish lighting, multiple colors of paint.
