Seems to be for the GTX 750/750 Ti mainly. I installed it anyways for something to do.

The release notes indicates it addresses the GTX750/750 TI. However, I stay current with my Nvidia drivers.

I just loaded that driver on a GA-K8N-SLI MB with an AMD 4400 64 x2 over a GTX 280 with 3GB OCZ 3200 400 DDR 2-3-2-5-1T at 400Mhz and it works fine running Win7 SP1 32-Bit.

I will give this a roll tonight with my 750Ti, I was playing Guild Wars 2 with it and was actually surprised it was holding up with fairly high detail settings (minus post-process turned off since I can't stand bloom) using 334.89 and in an enemy occupied Lion's Arch I was holding up 38-42fps in a crowd, for some funny reason I dip down to 25 with my R9 280X- could be a driver thing.
