new NVidia nforce drivers out - when will Asus follow?

Use Nvidias....they compensated and made the drivers compatable with Asus prolly b/c the A7n8x is one of the most bought Mobos out there...

according to their site its for all the nforce2s save for the Chaintek one

And its working just fine with me right now

Well, I'm not sure what they claim - but those sound drivers screwed my system up.

I even reformatted and installed them fresh - but I get major sound problems in Warcraft 3. Not right away, but at some point during the game, all the sound starts to play late, or corrupted. I'm talking about 2 seconds after I click on something it will make the proper sound, etc. I reverted to older sound drivers for the A7N8X deluxe because of it.

So I hope Asus does put out their own version of the newer drivers.

my understanding is that the sound tweaks asus did were always the difference between the drivers. so i guess i wil just bide my time.....[sigh]
