New nvidia drivers

I have been looking but can't find a refresh overrite in the new nvidia graphics drivers. My games are pretty messed up right now. I have looked everywhere in the control panel of the drivers, but can't find it. Thanks
 
The override panel is still in the newest drivers, it just needs to be unlocked. Download NvTweaker, install it, and it will automatically unhide that tab for you.
