New Nvidia drivers cause the task bar disappear?

This is a continuation of this thread Here. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem. I finally fixed the problem by downloading and installing older drivers (4.13.01.2183) I had 4.13.01.2311 drivers that I downloaded around 5 or 6 months ago that Nvidia unofficially released to the public. I had to download the drivers again (this time from nvidia) after a complete windows reinstall (formatted hd and started from scratch) and the drivers i downloaded had the same version number but caused all kinds of problems. Anyone else had this problem? If so how did you fix it? And maybe if someone could point me in the direction of a website that would still have the unofficial drivers (strange they would work better then the official drivers, but anyway).
