New Nvidia driver error

I just installed the new NV 40 drivers. When I rebooted my computer I got a error loading NVQTWK (rundll error) Invalid access to memory Location. Now I get this error every time I start or reboot my computer. I know the driver are working because my 3Dmark went up about 1100 points. Anyone got an idea on how to fix this?

The new Detonator 40 doesn't use nvqtwk.dll anymore. Uninstall/reinstall the driver again.

edit:

or run regedit, then search and delete "NvCplDaemon" line from window's registry.

Yep I had that problem,it happens if you don`t remove your old drivers first, all I did was go to control panel then remove the nvidia software from add/removes program icon,I also went to Windows Explorer and deleted the Nvidia folder and its contents, rebooted and reinstalled the 40.41 drivers and was fine.
