1)has anyone used the video settings? as in manually changing the diff. options for videos...is it worth it?

2)should i set it to automatic overclocking? it says it increases speed when needed but it also mentions underclocking, which i like alot...but it calls it "automatic overclocking." thoughts?

any other tips?
