New Nvidia Beta 174.74 drivers add overscan/underscan adjustment to Vista x64

One of my annoyances with Nvidia drivers when it came to Vista x64 was the lack of overscan/underscan adjustments for the tv output. On my tv I had at least an inch border around the picture (tv is 27") which I had no way to remove.

Now with the newest drivers I can finally fix it!!
