is there a point to this commercial?

I think the commercial is titled What if? So the point is what if these athletes played other sports? 😕

Michael Jordan plays baseball and golf? 😛

I saw an article on the campaign. Basically, the premise is that the talent and competitive drive of these athletes would have allowed them to be successful at other sports, and the commercial shows that hypothetical world.

I think these commercials are pretty damn cool as well...

They should have one with Drew Henson playing 3rd base for the Yankees, LOL! Or one with Barry Sanders actually still playing football, maying juking-out Ray Lewis or something.

It's decided. Smart people like the commercial while ignorant people do not like the commercial. 😀

I loved that commercial.. Lance Armstrong beat the crap out of the other black guy. (doesn't happen often) It was funny seeing the black football dude play hockey (that's not too normal either.) Serena Williams playing volleyball.. (again, black women playing a white-dominated sport) I forget the others in the commercial.. but it looked like it was making a statement of blurred races. Oh yea.. and somewhere in there they were advertising shoes.

Yeah, so I'm bumping a real old topic, but it's here and it's a great commercial... Anyone have any idea how they did this? Did they get the actual athletes or is it digital? It really looks like Lance Armstrong in the boxing ring and Randy can sure bowl!
