New NForce Drivers 2.03

The ones released today...

Has anyone else been having problems installing these? They unzip fine, then when I go to use the setup from the extracted-to directory it zips through the Installshield preparation then... disappears! What could be causing this?

Asus A7N266-E mobo, Athlon XP1900+, 512MB RAM, GF3 Ti200, WinXP Home

Have now tried installing the previous nforce drivers (2.00) and same deal! Extracts everything, zips through the installshield bit then just as you think youre gonna get a nice big nvidia background and setup dialog it vanishes! What could be causing this?
