New Neverwinter Nights Patch Released

I bought this when it came out and still have not even got around to loading it on my PC. How well does it hold up to todays gaming standards? Still worth playing it, or will it seem like an old dinosaur compared to current games?

definately loved the game, but can't imagine why poeple are still playing it after all this time, just don't see it as that great of a MP game, but then i don't bother with MP in 99% of the games i buy....

perhaps i lose interest too quickly 🙂 gotta move on to a new game right after finishing one. will be the same for HL2, only care about SP, might try DOD cuz i love WW2 genre, but if that plays anythign like Doom3 MP then i'll be done with the whole HL2 thing after I beat the SP.

anyway...

well, as you may have guessed, the fact that BioWare is still supporting it after 2+ years says something. and lots of those fixes are MP fixes (technically no, but many of the scripting commands are only used in Persistent World servers).

lots of people still playing it! both online and offline (using the Module Builder to create single-player campaigns - some are quite good, try "Demon").

BTW another reason people are still playing it is there aren't very many other good RPGs out.
