New networking configuration

EDIT: Is this setup correct in it's configuration? Is there anything I'm overlooking or messing up on?

I have been working with our IT to create a new network configuration for my house that will allow me remote access to some files and will be secure for everything else. Link to Word diagram.


Diagram walkthrough:

cable modem

VPN router (Netgear FVS318)

SFTP server VM | web server VM | WAP (Linksys WRT54G) | cheap file server

gigabit switch (Dell PowerConnect 2716) | print server (USR7500)

file server | CPU 1 | CPU 2 | CPU 3

cable modem > VPN router > WAP > gigabit switch > computers. VPN router is primary firewall, WAP is secondary firewall.
