New network printer causing Internet connection loss

Canon all-in-one printer, ethernet connection

Just installed the Canon printer. Works great over the network, but now--All the computers connected to the router have lost Internet access!

When I unplug the ethernet cable from the printer, Internet connection is restored, and vice-versa. (This affects all computers connected to the network.)

Any idea how to fix this? I'm going to bed now and hope to see some ideas tomorrow. 😳
