New neighbors play the worst music I've ever heard...

So my apartment faces into a center courtyard area, and some new people just moved into the apartment across the courtyard and one floor down. So I'm working on a term paper due at the end of the week, and they started blasting music at high volume into the courtyard. I don't really care that they're blasting music, it's the middle of the day and it doesn't normally bother me, but the last three songs were:

1) La Macarena
2) Achy Breaky Heart
3) Don't Worry, Be Happy

And now it's The New Kids on the Block with Step by Step.

Pick some better music, please, before I shoot myself.
