Ok, so we just had our neighbors directly to our left move out and some new people moved in no more than 2 weeks ago, and now he is complaining about us and out friends parking in front of his house! Even on the other side of the road "in front of" his house. :Q

This guy is about 45 and has just moved up to our neighborhood with his wife and 21yr old son and thinks he is all high class or whatever, while he is some repairman driving a beat up pickup truck. 😕

Today he asked if we wanted his son and a friend to put in an in-ground sprinkler system for parts only price, and right now I would rather have the landscaper who lives across the street have his workers put one in for a rip off price!!

Every time we see him outside he talks to us like he is our best friend, but every time, without fail, he has something to complain about. I guess our lawn isn't good enough for him, or our cars, and our friends cars, aren?t in the right place for him.

His "best friend" facade really pisses me off because I hate nothing more than fake people, and people who think they are perfect. :disgust:

Is this a parody thread of someone a few weeks back who posted a rant on here complaining about how his hillbilly neighbors across the street park in front of his house and don't keep up their yard????

LMAO no we are far from redneck/white trash. He might be though. I have no idea where he came from... probably some trailer park and it is the first house he has ever owned... IDK.

He has kept his hard much better than the prev owners. He must be obsessed with it or something.

Our yard is one of the nicest ones on the block! Although, no one can compare to the year-round perfection of the landscaper's yard. 🙁

The point is, he thinks he is better than everyone else even though he has only been living there 2 weeks.... who moves into a house and starts making demands of their neighbors?!

We don?t have anything but a couple flowerpots on the walkway and a little garden flag along with the normal, well manicured bushes.
 
LOL....invite him and his wife over for dinner....in the kitchen, serve your plates and then totally overseason what's left in the pan to serve your guests. I mean, make it GROSS!!! and then keep on insisting that you had a good time and should do it again soon. 😀

People who park in front of my house piss me off too. Mainly because there aren't any curbs and that means that they are parking on my grass and will probably fsck it up.
