Finally built my new MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum, Athlon 64 3500+ system.

Downloaded all the latest drivers from both MSI's site and Nvidia's site. I know that I have to install the Nforce drivers, which I did (I installed the ones from Nvidia's site thinking they were probably newer than the ones I got from the MSI site) however 2 issues. First, I cannot get the sound working, it shows the Sound controller with a yellow exclamation point in device manager (Windows XP). I've also checked to make sure that the on-board sound in the BIOS is enabled. Looks like this board has the Realtek sound chip and not Nvidia's, am I correct? If so, do I need to go to Realtek's site or something to get sound drivers for this board. Also, when I install the Nforce drivers it recognizes and correctly sets up one of the Ethernet controllers, however it also leaves one with a yellow exclamation point in device manager also, any ideas on that.

Is there a certain order I should install the drivers? What I did this time is install a fresh copy of Windows XP pro, then installed the Nforce drivers, then the latest Nvidia display drivers for my 6800 GT, then went through the whole windows update thing and installed SP2 and all latest patches. Seems to have gone smootly except for the above 2 issues. Any insight here would be appreciated. Thanks.
