New MS Security Patches crashing x64 machines

it seems MS has a problem with the latest security patch for x64 users, and its causing BSOD for a lot of machines.

hopefully they will realise their error and remedy it soon, but meanwhile do NOT install, and be sure to turn off auto-update to prevent it from loading automatically.

Wow......had it on mine since the day it came out without any problems whatsoever and X64 is my main OS on a couple systems......

Open a case with PSS. Cases related to patches are free. I haven't seen anything about this patch causing issues, so getting a case open will alert the right people if there is indeed a problem.
