Cool idea, but the traction control would make it worthless to me. They should've made a switch to disable it.
It is NOT a motorcycle. A motorcycle is a SINGLE track vehicle.
It IS a trike, to be classed with three wheeled cars, like the Morgans of old. Three wheeled cars in the EU get the same types of privilage in road use and parking as motorcycles pulling a sidecar(generally the same as a motorcycle gets). They are different but considered the same under the law in most European Countries.
There is no such thing as a three wheeled motorcycle. When a sidecar is attached to a motorcycle it becomes a RIG and a rig is driven/piloted, never ridden as a motorcycle is.

I like the looks of the T-Rex better and it appears to have a lower CG..But yeah, they are both trikes, like the VW conversions guys used to do. They are great for pulling camping trailers but can't split traffic or do narrow trails. Yes, I have taken touring bikes on off road narrow trails to get to free camping areas.

The t-rex looks cool too. Can that be used on the road? I like the three wheeled idea. It may not by definition be a motorcycle but it is still a cool looking roadster. I'm sure it will appeal to alot of people. Don't you think?

I saw two of these in Atlanta on saturday. Coming towards you it looked like a snow mobile on wheels.

Where is the fun in driving that, and you cant call that a motorcycle? A motorcycle is supposed to have two wheels, take skill and ballance to earn the right to be on one and drive it. With a motorcycle once you master the skill you get to reep the benefits it has to offer that this POS cannot. Like one big one, with a bike there is nothing like leaning into a turn, you will get no joy at all with this junker, may as well drive a go cart. On a bike you look cool, on the edge of deaths door because you have to be on your toes at all times not only the look out for asshole drivers, but oils spots, rocks on the side of the road or at corners, anything that could make you wipe out and take a nasty fall or killing. Where is the sense of danger with this? Yeah you got the asshole driver still but you hit rocks or a slick patch your not gonna fall and get hurt. BAH its made for pussies who cant ride the real deal and I for one would make fun of the SOB who pulls up next to me with one.
This makes no sense to me- Why not lower the driver and put the engine on the back, and make it into a 3 wheeled car? Then why not add another wheel and have a very small car? Wait, then you have an Ariel Atom, which makes sense!

Yeah, but that's not a bike. My bike only slides when I want to though, I don't need traction control on it either.
I would see this thing as a toy to slide around on, not as a safe mode of transportation. It's like a snowmobile for the street, why take the fun out of it with traction control.
If I'm not mistaken there actually is a very big fun factor with 3 wheels. If you've seen videos of the t-rex then you know its very good at doing donuts. They're small light, more stable than a motorcycle but less than a car. Its got two seats that are side by side so you can share it with another person a little bit better than a motorcycle (and not have to worry about them needing to help leaning in for turns).
No donuts on this one though, they snatched the fun factor right out of it. If you don't need traction control on a real bike, why would you on this, it makes no sense to me.
It's tall so it seems like it would be very dangerous doing donuts. You might flip when it gets traction.
