New motherboards Z78 question

I want to build I new pc and I heard that when the new CPU's will lunch the new motherboards will be expansive for a few months. is it true? and if so by how much?

I don't expect them to be more expensive for the first few months based on whats happened previously. They may get a little cheaper, but if you live near a Microcenter I think there is a good chance they will have a good discount for CPU and Motherboard combos at or near launch. If that's the case then waiting a few months is pretty unlikely to save you money.
