Having had my FIC AD11 and Lian Li PC60 case for almost 2 years, the answer to this question may be obvious to some.
Newer motherboards are including multiple on-board USB, ethernet, veritcally stacked audio ports, and sometimes, doing away with the old serial, parellel or PS/2 ports.
There seems to be an expanding variety of I/O configurations, beyond the old standard layouts:

So, for a motherboard such as the new A7V8X:

Where do you get "custom" I/O shields for your case? Do some MBs now provide them, and if so, what about those that don't? My Lian Li came with 1 Caveman shield, and neither Asus or any review I've read mention a shield being included with the MB.
A minor detail I know, but I'm curious. Please don't tell me about cutting your own shield from aluminum scrap, or wrapping foil around the back of your ports.
Thanks,
Foxes
