New Motherboard

AOpen AK75, Motherboard gives two beeps during its attempt to boot, does not access the floppy drive, seems to recognize the cd-rom and no video. Does anyone know how to trouble shoot this Problem. This is a new system. Please Help!

Possibly a bad CPU? Ran into this problem once on an older Aopen board. Responded with two beeps during post and the CPU was the culprit.
