new motherboard?

I am considering upgrading my motherboard from an asus p4pe to a p4p800. This upgrade would let me run my 2 sticks of 512 pc3200 in dual channel and to run them truely at 3200 speeds. I do a good amount of video editing and encoding would this change make a noticable differance? The processor i have now is a 3.06 533fsb p4 running at 3.2ghz. Any comments or sugestions please...

It won't make a huge difference, especially since your CPU is still just a 533FSB CPU. dual channel isn't a huge gain in itself though. I'd say not worth the $ spent, but it depends on if you want every last drop or not. the cost/performance definitely isn't worth it, but some people don't care.
but if you upgrade the CPU to an 800 FSB later on, you might notice a little more punch from it.
