Okay, I'm starting to need a motherboard w/ USB 2.0 (because of mp3 player, external HD, etc) Current Motherboard is a Iwill XP333-R which is great. I know I could buy a PCI adapter but I figure the next time I upgrade my motherboard the adapter will be obsolete. So what I want to do is use as much of my current part as possible. So the new motherboard has to be for Amd XP, take DDR2100, and atx. Which shouldn't be very hard. But it's the xtra thing i want that might make is difficult. I want it to be stable for OC (current CPU is XP1600 oc to 1900XP), Turn on PC via keystrokes. Thats all, since I use SCSI everything (HD, DVD-R, etc), I don't need SATA but if it has it thats cool.

So what do you recommend? Oh also I would like to stay away from Via chipset. They don't go so well with my Soundcard.

Any established nForce2 motherboard will do you good. NF7-S, A7N8X, 8RDA+, etc...

if you want it turn on via key strokes, I know that shuttle nforce2 and nforce2-IGP board do. most all come with 6-8 usb2 headers, 2 firewire headers, and decent onboard audio.
