New motherboard support saving bios settings for sleep S3?

Just wondering does newer motherboard Core2Duo/Nehalem support saving bios setting going into and leaving S3 Sleep Mode?

For example, my nForce4 mobo (in sig) does not save any of my overclock setting when resuming from S3. So once i Resume from stand-by i go back to default 1.8GHz (from 2.4GHz).

So it would be nice to hear newer mobo's do save setting so i can use sleep mode in the future?
