New Motherboard - Please Help!

I am having problems with my new motherboard. When I am on the internet or other applications, my system shuts down!

I installed 512 DDR PC2100 memory, Celeron 2.0, New 350 watt PSU, Case fan.

Please Help!

Do you have power management set in your BIOS? Maybe in Windows?

Maybe its overheating? Did you remember to remove the plastic cover protecting the thermal paste on the heatsink?

What kind of board is it and HOW does it shut down. Like windows just saying bye and shutting down or like the power going off down?

And what kind of power supply do you have?
