New motherboard, now system won't boot at all

Hello. I just upgraded my motherboard to a DFI NFII 400, same CPU, memory, video and all from my past machine. Now my PC will not boot at all. I stripped the computer down to just the CPU, RAM, and video card, set the jumper to reset the CMOS, and still I get nothing. Everything powers up, LEDs (DRAM power and "standby indicator") on the board light up, the video card fan spins, etc, but the system never posts.
I've tried all sorts of combos of components, including no video card, only agp, only pci, both, all drives, no drives, blah blah blah. When I put my ram in slot two, I get the long post beep that I have a memory error, but when it is in one, there are no beeps no matter what is going on. I just took it back and got another and it has the same problem. The only problem I can see on my side is that I have a 300w power supply, but it should still at least post when nothing is drawing on it. It powers up everything just fine. I am totally lost unless I got two bad boards in a row. I guess I shouldn't be suprized, it's Fry's, but this is getting annoying.

Can you get to the CMOS? If so, make sure the multiplier is set to match your CPU. If it's set by jumpers, make sure they're set correctly.

Good luck. :)
