New motherboard new problems

OK so i inserted my new Epox motherboard and Now when I turn on the system there is all kind of graphical problems. I know the Vid card is good but i have no idea what is wrong. I need help fast!

More information: Got a bad motherboard so(which ran the vid card fine) so I got a different one and plugged in the vid card but now I get graphical glitches like randon black blocks and 'a' and wierd characters across all the screen. I have gotten to the windows setup screen looking to do a repair but not sure how to do that either.
 
Its gotten slightly better but still i can't read the bios screen at all. I have gotten into safe mode and wondering if i could do anything from thier. Basically I was trying to switch from my motherboard out without changing any of my other parts. Another thing is that it no longer detects my ata controller. My mouse is good and my hard drives and optical drives all seem to be detected.
