New motherboard a few questions please?:D

I bought a new Modo today, Soyo KT333 Dragon Ultra Plat Ed. and a AMD XP2100 chip.

Going to get some 2700 mem for it. It's been over a year since I needed Ram which one has the best price/performance these days: Crucial, Mushkin or Corsair. Not planning on O/C'ing it.

I have one 80G UATA HD and I'm going to get a second for RAID 0. Can I transfer this one drive to another. Add the second drive and set it up for striping then, anyone have any good links for the process? I have ghost 2003, if that helps?

Also on the memory should I get one stick or two?

If you're not overclocking, I wouldn't pay a premium price for memory. Go for the best deal on pc2700 for samsung, corsair, micron (crucial) or kingston. I found some nanya single sided pc2700 memory that runs great at case 2 for $65/stick at Fry's, but prices have dropped since then.
