New moons of Pluto discovered

lol... these moons were discovered last year...

we just finally got around to naming them.

thats what I call red-tape bureaucracy.

How does the naming scheme work, exactly? Do they just pick random mythological names, or is there a reason? As far as I know, Nix, Pluto and Hydra have nothing to do with eachother.

This really showcases the need for next-generation space telescope to replace the Hubble IMHO. If we're still discovering stuff in our own freaking solar system, think about how much other stuff we're missing by being limited to ground-based telescopes.
