I am thinking of ditching my Lg M37WAP, mainly due to the weird color gamma it exhibits.

to be satisfactory at the first glance, and perhaps someone here already owns it and can give me some feedback.

Also, is the response time a common issue on the IPS panels?

weird color gamma?? sounds like you don't know how to calibrate.

^I prefer 16:9, also it has a slower response time.
