Hello.

Bought a new 24 inch benq GL2450 a few days ago and everything was fine until today:

These pixalated lines and shadows are especially visible on human faces and red colors. I tried it on a few computers with and hdmi and vga cables. Is this thing broken?

Go into the monitor OSD menu and go to the "reset" option and reset your monitor settings to see if it goes away. Sometime having Low Blue Light option turned ON (highest setting) along with DCR may cause it.
