New Monitor / Video Card ?

I'm running XP Home using an Intel motherboard D865GBF with the integrated video
turned off and 'am instead using an Nvidia GeForce 5200 with AGP8x 128MB DDR, 64bit.

Have been playing around with Adobe Photoshop Elements 4 and am now looking
at an NEC 90GX2 monitor for the added screen size. The NEC has 1 digital DVI-D
and 1 Analog Mini D Sub 15 pin..

I can find the monitor for abount $100 less online than at a local BestBuy but before buying it, can you tell me if my GeForce 5200 will work with the NEC or willI have to upgrade the card ? (I think my main concern is probably the hook-up)

Well, the only real thing you have to worry about is if you have a DVI-D plug on your Graphics card, if not then I think there are VGA -> DVI Conversion boxes that you can buy.
