19" for under $400
I did research a few months agon on monitors to but for someone else. I bought the Viewsonic E790 and liked what I saw for the price. I now need a monitor for myself and was just going to but the same thing. I did some checking to see if there was anything else, I havn't seen anything for reviews or recomendations on the E790. What should I get instead?
