New Monitor makes noise

Hi, i just bought a Hyundai ImageQuest v995 monitor and it works fine except it makes a buzzing noise, kind of like a frog.

My resolution is 800 x600 and refresh rate of 60mhz.

I increased my refresh rate to 85mhz and the sound went away.

Is my monitor defective? Should I exchange it? Or is it normal for monitor to make noise at 60mhz?
